MONDAY MAIL RUN #23: Grand Canyon/Colorado River Run to Las Vegas / Nellis AFB

This week we’ll be flying Lockheed Orions from the south rim of the Grand Canyon departing from Grand Canyon National (KGCN) westward through the canyon following the mighty Colorado River, stopping at Grand Canyon West and on up the river past Hoover Dam, Boulder City, rolling though Las Vegas McCarran Intl (KLAS) and northward up ‘The Strip” and past downtown to Nellis Air Force Base, home of the Thunderbirds.

There's also the freeware bluesky scenery, which covers a much wider area. They have over 200gb's of photoreal, and their new Montana area is the best yet, with the colorful little lakes in the mountains.

It covers much more of the grand canyon than in ozx's, and it extends all the way to las vegas:

Sounds good, but for me when selecting "fsx scenery" for the KGCN region for download it goes to ozsim.com and won't establish a connection. I'll try later and see if things change.
