    Favorite Aviation Movie Scenes!

    Well to start off, my favorite aviation movie scene was from Iron Eagle. I had first watched it when I was around 4 years old. I still watch it today no matter how fake it could have possibly been hehe. This is how I fell in love with the F-16 and it will always be my favorite fighter no matter how advanced tech will get.

      Top Gun! I really loved the scene when Maverick, Merlin, Iceman and Slider dogfight the Russian MiGs towards the end of the movie. It was really cool.

        My favorite scene is in Airplane! when the pilots get confused about their clearance, Clarence and vectors, Victor.

          Just watched this film last night, Les Chevaliers de Ciel, so good! I don't speak French so I'm really not sure what happened, but the flying is spectacular. Best of all, no silly CGI, just pure flying! According to the Wiki, one of the fuel pods on the Mirage was retrofitted with a camera, allowing for some seriously amazing shots!

            Bringing this thread back to life in hopes more people will share their favourites!

            Just found out Skydance is available on Hulu. It's a short film, and really has no substance to it, but has some spectacular flight scenes and great music. Highly recommend everyone watch it
