Thats an interesting approach and something I wish we had here in the US. Its called a GPS RNP approach and allows for complex turns in the instrument approach to allow for better terrain clearance or to simply allow an airport that could not normally have your standard straight in approach like Queenstown.

yes westjet has the RNP aproach
i dont dont know if you or i would go through the clouds like that, even a minute into the clouds i coukdnt tell which way was up or down....you dont want that[URL="http://darrenelliott.proboards.com/forum"]my forum[/URL]
