No, these were taken with the Cannon, the 1020 overheats and looses battery really fast while taking pictures for extended periods of time.

hmmmm, I have never had that issue with the 1020 I have. Have you called nokia?

I haven't called them, but it just feels like the battery is under stress. I also have an Otterbox on it, so that probably doesn't help.
