ATC_ROO and Software

I am looking for ATC_ROO for its software

I saw that in 2021, he must continue and change its software (SimCom X, etc...) but anything has changed.
I would like help him or try to continue this softs for my VAC, but there is no sources of this softwares.

Is someone knows him and where can I join him to ask this ?
