Hey guys, just as a warning, vBulletin 5 forums all over the world just got hit with a virus recently, even just by visiting msFlights.net or other vbulletin 5 websites, the virus could automatically download and run files IF your antivirus didn't block it. My antivirus sent lots of warnings and blocked downloads when I visited msFlights.net on Friday....I think the hack happened last Wednesday so I had to reset the website to about 1 week ago and patch the site. You should run a virus scan on your computer to see if you might have been infected if you had visited msFlights.net on or between Wednesday-Saturday. Also you should stop using the password you used at msFlights.net and change it anywhere used.

I was wondering the same. I am currently on my second AV scan and no bad eggs yet. I too have recycled the password (didn't realise how old it was!)Per Ardua Ad Astra

I haven't heard anyone say they got a virus yet, I didn't get a virus but my virus software was setting off alarms and blocking downloads/scripts/trojans when I visited our website on Friday evening. If you just use the default windows defender it might have been blocking the virus in the background silently without letting you know, maybe check some logs to see if it blocked anything.Originally posted by ROBERT DUNN 2 View PostAre there any reports from our community of positive virus reports after visiting msFLIGHTS.net during the above specified dates ? I have successfully changed my forum password as instructed, re-logged on and, after two different virus scans, I find no problems.
