I've been having intermittent problems where during a reboot it just hangs at POST and I have to manually reset it. I'm checking into it with ASRock to see if I got a bad board. Need to try loading Win 7 and Win 8 to see if I have the same behavior.
If you're running into issues at the post I would start at the basics if you haven't already. Fortunately the problem is at the POST. It doesn't take that long to get to that point in the boot process. You can do multiple reboots in a short period of time. Disconnect everything & remove the video card. Try booting several times. If you see the hang, try removing one RAM stick (assuming the 16GB is more than one memory stick). After the RAM has been ruled out as the issue, put things back in or connect them and reboot a few times with each step to try to isolate the issue.
Once you get it figured out you should have a snazzy system.
@ Waterman: What Version of Nvidia Driver u use?? i know that the latest 353.06 doing this for me on my Server, so i rolled back to the one before.
And Win 10 might be the issue , too, because it's still a beta, the the full version rolls out on 29th of July...
