i want to buy FSX Steam Edition. The only place to get it seems to be store.steampowered.com. When i try to register i read about a subscription that i have to agree to. Im skeptical what it means. I want no subscription, only buy the game. Can someone help me out?

To point it out what i fear: i think a subscription means having to pay aech month a fixed amount of money. -

Steam does not have a paid subscription, it is a free service.
It is an online game retailer where you purchase and manage your games.
