Sister City Flights - week 6 - Hiroshima (Japan) - Herikoputa!

This week we'll emphasize rotorcraft over the beautiful Japanese landscape, remembering our friend Hawg's popular Sunday flights from three years ago.

Hiroshima became Volgograd's ninth Sister City in 1972.

Cruise: 130 knots indicated, altitude at pilot's discretion, up to 6,000 ft a.s.l. max. over mountains.

Aircraft: Rotorcraft are encouraged (but not mandatory). All herikoputa (helicopter) are good, but if you want to fly a Rotodyne or Verticopter (or even an Osprey or AW609) that's fine too. Autogyros are not recommended as the cruise speed is too high.
Fixed wings are also acceptable - there's no shame or stigma if you're uncomfortable with rotary wings! The shortest runway is 5900 ft long.

SimLink codes: Make sure yours is AS32, AS50, CH47, UH1 or UH60 if you're flying rotorcraft.

Scenery: Default is OK. FSX includes famous landmarks, such as the Genbaku Dome and the Itsukushima Torii (see pics), 2 nmi and 6 nmi from our final stop.
