    Hey Grinder,

I just saw your posts. You should really add it to the calendar. Also, we may be losing the TacPack server, I just found out. To have a better turn out, you should also put the event up a week before it is scheduled to happen. I won't be able to make it today but I would definitely like to do it. It sounds like fun.

    Just some thoughts,

He did put it on the calendar, but he put it in the past, and it expired a day before it was due to run. Hence no inclusion in the Join us for these Upcoming Flights section, on the website front page, and no Tweet.

Furthermore, as Airwolf said, events that are either the first of a series or one-offs (as opposed to another of an already established regular series) should always be posted several days, preferably a week, in advance to allow people to arrange their time to include it. Otherwise attendance may be sparse.
