The singularity drive has malfunctioned and ripped the Amazon a new space-hole!
A space-time fissure was momentarily opened along a 200 mile stretch of the mighty Amazon river causing unknown anomalies. Our mission on Thursday is to survey the damage done using STINGRAY amphibians. This is a photo-recon assignment. We are to take snapshots of any activity that might look unusual or out of place so that HQ can begin the clean-up operation.
This flight will take place in SimLink. See here for details:
You will need a model matching file for the Stingray, LittleCube did one here:

This flight is for Stingrays only and will require the addon scenery that is provided.
The Stingray amphibian can be found in Storm's hanger. Be sure to set a key-combo that will allow you to fold the wings because part of this assignment takes place ON the river in full Stingray "boat-mode". This wonderful amphibian and full instructions can be found here:

You will also need to grab the scenery and addon airport files from my Onedrive. Just click the link below and grab both .BGL files (Back in time.bgl and FAUX.bgl) and place them into your "addon scenery/scenery" folder in FSX. You may already have the original Back in time.bgl, and will simply need to overwrite it with the updated one.
Here's a detailed flight plan that HQ has provided to us for Thursday. It maps out the exact path that the space-time fissure cracked along the Amazon. You WILL need this .PLN file for this photo-recon mission.

It is very important that those who have Global Vector installed, DISABLE IT for this flight! If you don't you will not see the Amazon river in the correct place and it will severely conflict with the addon scenery.:topsy_turvy:
Hope to see everyone for this Special Assignment group flight on Thursday!
Happy landings,
