I have discussed this event and its association with and support by our community with its primary facilitator, Panther. I am personally satisfied with the explanation I have received regarding this event's purpose, value to the wider simming world, conformity to our community's customs and precedents and likelihood of success. I have discussed with some regularly active staff and members the proposal I received for our community and our facilities (forum posts, Discord discussion, community sim server provision). I have so far heard no objection to agreement to authorize this event's discussion, publication and facilities-level assistance. I have heard valid cautionary counsel which I value and which will influence my future coordination with FSX Aerobatics group and Panther personally.

Our community has been invited to fully participate in this event by providing performers and attendees. I will leave that discussion and coordination for a later time and future post. I have agreed, on behalf of the community to provide BigBox sim server to this event's organizers as the primary sim server host. BigBox server has the necessary Steam FSX, VRS TacPack and SimLink facilities that this event technically requires.

I remain open to counsel and advice from you all, publicly and privately, voice or textual, on my request to the community to so support this event.
    Respects, Bob ...
