I got the email at the bottom from Boston Virtual. I don't have anything planned on Tuesday & thought I would mess around with some challenging approaches in different aircraft. If others would like to participate we could all do it on JoinFS or Vatsim while chatting on Discord.
Come join if you want to just do some casual hanging out on Tuesday.

Challenge: Winter Weather (KSYR, Tuesday, February 26, 8-11pm ET): Did you know: -40 degrees Fahrenheit is equal to -40 degrees Celsius!
Hi Karl,
In this Challenge, we will focus on dealing with winter weather conditions. Pilots will likely face temperatures below freezing as they fly in and out of Syracuse, and will have to consider factors such as low visibility, snow and ice on airport surfaces, and icing as they climb or descend through the clouds.
This event is not about flying missions or winning points. It's about exercising your multi-tasking ability in challenging and unfamiliar situations—something pilots have to do all the time.
We hope to see you at Syracuse (KSYR) on Tuesday, February 26th from 8-11 pm ET!
