G'day Pilots!
We are back once again in Southern Skies with our Turboprop cargo aircraft!
This week we will be taking C-130's and C-27's further into Western Australia bringing heavy equipment to several remote towns.
The Flight plan is now available from my OneDrive.
This will be taking place in FSX:Classic.
If you haven't already got it grab yourself the latest version of my Australia Tour Scenery pack also available from my OneDrive!
Weather
A word of warning about weather. The Jeppesen loaded weather is nothing even close to correct for this area. In fact it renders operation out of most of the airstrips here not viable. I HIGHLY recommend a weather engine such as Active Sky (payware) or FSrealWX (freeware). Alternatively you can use the Clear Weather function of FSUIPC. If you have any questions about how to do this please ask!
We will be cruising at various altitudes between 5000 and 10,000 ft at 275KIAS.
Departure Time: 2100AEST (0700 EDT 1100Z)
Recommended Aircraft: Iris C-27J / Captain Sim C-130 or any aircraft acceptable on Lazerbolts Around The World Flights
Recommended Terrain Mesh: Orbx Freeware Australia Holgermesh
Optional: Orbx Australia (Payware) + Ozx Australia (Freeware)
