  • Friday night Flights: Introduction to Storm Stalkers (9:00pm ET)

    Summary:
The msFlights.net Storm Stalkers is a group of pilots who seek the most destructive and unfriendly skies with the intent of taking lots of screen shots & videos while 'toughing it out' by flying either under, over, or directly through the worst of weather systems. Check out some of the media from our past missions [Here], [Here], and [Here] (there's more; these are just the first three that came to mind).

    Time-zone BreakDown:
    December 19th, 2014 at:
    9:00PM Eastern
    8:00PM Central
    7:00PM Mountain
    6:00PM Pacific

    Flight Plan:
Since the Storm Stalkers seek bad weather, there is no pre-arranged flight plan. We will explore our options on the evening of the flight itself. All considerations, such as route, hop length, airspeed, and altitude will be detailed after a weather system is selected.
    *Update* Skyvector route [HERE]

    Aircraft:
The Storm Stalkers has designated a specific set of aircraft for its missions. However, as this is an open introduction to the Storm Stalkers in lieu of our typical Friday Night Flights, you may bring any aircraft that you feel will maximize your enjoyment of flying into bad weather, as long as it is multiplayer packets and frame-rate friendly. If you haven't flown a specific aircraft in a group flight yet, don't try it tonight.

*This is not an official Storm Stalkers event. It is a Friday Night Flight with a Storm Stalkers theme, and as such, all pilots are invited to participate!*
Take the time, a second to soar; for soon after, beckons a second more.
