G'day Pilots!
Once again we are continuing our tour around Australia! Its time to pick up some more passengers and 200kts cruise so the King Air's are back!
This week we have a bit of a circular route and ducking in and out of the mountains. Come along and enjoy the scenery and the sparkling conversation fuelled by plenty of coffee!
The flight plan is now available from my OneDrive. http://tinyurl.com/novawing24-flightplans The repaint of the Default King Air 350 is now updated and available!
There will be two VA routes featured this week!
You will be pleased to know all our stops are default airports this time so no landing in open fields!
Weather
A word of warning about weather. The Jeppesen loaded weather is nothing even close to correct for this area. In fact it renders operation out of most of the airstrips here not viable. I HIGHLY recommend a weather engine such as Active Sky (payware) or FSrealWX (freeware). Alternatively you can use the Clear Weather function of FSUIPC. If you have any questions about how to do this please ask!
A Special Thank You to OZ Flyer and the VA Management. For all participants of the group flight who lodge PIREPS during this tour a 2x Time Bonus will be applied! Please add "Part of Novawing24's Australia Tour" to your PIREP comments to be eligible.
Departure Time: 2100AEST (0600 ET 1100Z)
