The recently created VSASPA has run into some resistance related to its name, or more precisely how bad the name is in the first place.

Apparently a charter member of significant standing and prestige in the community doesn't like the name. In a recent meeting it was decided that a new name was needed for our association. Stay tuned folks!

Simulated Heritage Aircraft Ferry Pilots Association or SHAFPA

for now since I promised him he could name it, and since I like his suggestion.
