PIREP and TS3

G'day to all, trust you are well? This would probably be more of a request rather than a suggestion which comes in two parts:
A. Would it be at all possible to incorporate the P3 ORION in the VA Fleet, (PIREP aircraft drop box); and
B. To make provisions in TS3 for a VA Flight lobby and VA Flight.
Your consideration would be greatly appreciated.
