help with kACARS

Hello. I was hoping someone could help me with this. I am trying to kACARS to make my PIREP, But every time I try to login I get this:




I have followed everything on the setup, but to no avail. I would really like some help here, please.

I have boxed items I believe are of interest.

Don't worry too much about your PIREPs being approved immediately. One of the VA admins will check it within about 48 hours of it being posted. Remember that they have real life work and such to deal with as well as what they do for the community on a voluntary basis. Generally you should allow (in my experience) about 48 hours.
