I agree. This payware extension is expensive, but it might be just enough to get me back playing again. And it's my birthday soon.

For a limited time, they're also offering a "Lifetime Expansion Pass" granting access to all current and future so-called "seasons" of Elite: Dangerous and to all future beta builds. This would of course include Horizons and Planetary Landings. However, the Lifetime Expansion Pass will cost you $195.
