No more "Documents and Settings" folder in Windows 7... ?

Has anyone else seen that Micro$oft has done way with the "Documents and Settings" folder? It's gone on my machine. Users are in a folder called "Users" now. The rest of the path to Roaming and the FSX.cfg remain the same, but it's going to take me a while to stop looking for it under "D..."

I think it has been gone for a while. I don't recall it ever being there since I switched to Windows 10 a year ago. Whether that means they've also removed it from earlier incarnations of Windows now, I cannot say.

I still have it, I'm in Windows 7

I was just there, looking at my FSX.cfg file a couple of weeks ago... Windows 7 Home Premium. The change has happened less than a week ago. I guess since I didn't want Windows 10, they're giving it to me any, one piece at a time.
