Sometimes the online maps or things like Plan G don't work so here is another way.
Right click somewhere on the FS screen and select Air Traffic and then the player you want to find. Next use shift and Z to see the red letter info and coordinates. Use your favorite map program, find those coordinates and move your aircraft to that position.
For those of you who have ASN or AS16 can use the included map to show AI/network traffic as well even at long range.
