It might be worth stating for the un-initiated that this package is the result of Mike404's effort to fly without multiplayer tags turned on, while still clearly seeing other aircraft. It increases the intensity and clarity of aircraft's lights for recognition at a range of distances (including long-range).

It is a manual, but very short and simple, installation process of replacing some default effect and texture files with the ones provided in the download.
