I had a similar issue after installing a big game like that. Try restarting your PC and see if that helps. If not, go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and toggle the notifications off and on again. If it still doesn’t work, you might need to update or reinstall the Action Center app through PowerShell.

I got the solution. After re-registering the action center by using Powershell my problem got solved. One of the solutions from this article helped me to resolve the issue.

Windows Action Center Stopped working After Installing 'Microsoft Flight Simulator'.
Hello everyone, I am facing a strange issue for a couple of days. Recently, I installed 'Microsoft Flight Simulator' on my Windows 10 PC. But after installing it, the Windows action center stopped working, apps notification are coming but I am not able to see them. Has anyone else experienced this problem recently? I would appreciate any help you can provide.Tags: None
