FSUIPC version is now 4.939t (ends in tango)

I found that FSUIPC has been updated to version 4.939t (ends in tango) when I attempted to fix a P3Dv2.5 server chat box error today. My previous FSUIPC version was 4.939n (november). See the accompanying FSUIPC change log .pdf in the new FSUIPC download for this change's effect.
