How to get the Start Button Back... Kinda (Windows 8.1 Thread)

The start button is back, for those of you who update to windows 8.1 or buy in to it here is how to get the "start menu" back

In order to get the administrative tools or quick launch for things like Run, Command Prompt, and control panel. Just right Click


Now to get ride of windows 8 style start screen go to taskbar settings. Right Click on the taskbar and then you should see taskbar and start settings. But this is the screen you should get, the new options are highlighted.
