I just recently picked up a Acer Android tablet for work, my option was to get an ipad or get an android. I got the android (I really am not a fan of eather but android was cheaper). The whole reason I got it is to use it as a Electronic Flight Bag, I find my self spending over 150 dollars in chats a year and this was cheaper in the long run.
The tablet I have is an Acer Iconia B1-71 its not bad, screen is fair, memory is low, but it was 100 dollars and it has a built in GPS for my Garmin Pilot subscription. My question is, it looks boring and slow, anyone know any good icon packs, or themes or anything to customize it. I also would like to get a new keyboard because the stock android one is pretty bad. Sadly I cant root it but I guess everything else is far game. Anyone have anything cool they know of?
