Aersoft DHC-2 Beaver repaint interior issue

I got some repaints that I like from : http://eagleskinner.com/MISTYdownloads.htm

The interior panel is black except for the gauges. I've looked at the BMP's in the texture folder and the texture.cfg but don't see the problem.

Can someone get it and see if: 1) They have the same issue & / or 2) suggest a solution.

I fixed the Standard Wheel by copying some of the dds files from an original texture to the new one. It's not working on the Amphib though.
