ATC here is usually regular with numerous pilots wanting ATC.

I'm busy with work a lot lately but please feel free to start a Tower whenever your available.
If I'm free and you already have one open I will join at a nearby airport to provide 2 towers.

Similarly if anybody else is reading this and wants to ATC, feel free to open a tower for pilots.
