How to handle an uncontrolled user

1. Try and communicate with the user via TeamSpeak.

2. If contact can not be made on TeamSpeak try to type to them in the FSX in-game chat.

3. If there is no contact made with the user and they have a flight plan or a specified VA route, caution traffic around them.

4. If the user is aggressively bothering traffic with in the airspace or the controller look for someone with and ATC specific badge to help you. IF you can not find one of these users politely contact a server admin.
