Lewis said that if all goes well, the aircraft will be released this week. If it doesnt go well, a month. Can't wait, the detail is insane.

I saw that on their facebook page. Someone had asked the ETA of the aircraft or something like that and he said a week to a month depending on how it goes! Cannot wait for them to release more of the development videos!

I think we should promote this product heavily, this is new ground for simulation, and what better way to speak to the world as far as where the future lies with aircraft such as this.

There are so many great things that A2A is going to do for us as a community entailing products and simulation, this is only the first of many absolutely ground-breaking advancements. I hope all of you join me at AirVenture next year to get a more in-depth taste of what we can expect in the following years.

If it is released in the next few days, I might not be around to get it. I will have to wait until I get back Tuesday until I get back to my computer

Was this aircraft determined to be packet-safe? I realize this is probably a silly question at this point, but I can't seem to find the answer otherwise and I haven't been around to hear word of mouth on it.

It's high by default, but there are patches on the A2A forum that drop it down to very low levels. Unpatched it won't auto kick you, but you do run that danger.

So yeah, patch it and it is 100% packet safe.
