Our community's Shadow Squadron military simulations SIG makes use of this base software in their VRS TacPack-centric operations. You can find Shadow Squadron activities scheduled most Monday and Tuesday nights at 21:00 EDT (01:00 UTC) and also find Shadow Squadron members frequently engaged in TeamSpeak channel under Military Simulations and on their dedicated FSX Steam server listed under ~msFLIGHTS.net~ TacPack in FSX Steam multiplayer server listing in-game. The required (and dynamic) Steam TacPack server password can always be found documented in the TeamSpeak information pane (right hand side of TS window) of the Shadow Squadron TS channel.

I personally recommend the entire 10 part Freeware Fridays series authored by our own Novawing24 on FSX Insider. This week's subject of Steam AI Carriers is of particular interest to me. Also, I would love to see a Freeware Friday or Novawrap (Youtube) review of AVSIM's popular AI ship traffic project being discussed on AVSIM forum here:
