G'day Pilots,
It's time for some more exploration of the outback as we continue through Western Australia! Turboprops continue to be the order of the day as we explore this desolate but rich region of Australia. Expect a cruise speed of 230-250 KIAS with a couple of rough strips!
Flight lead will be in FSX:SE , though if you have an alternative preference of simulator you are more than welcome to follow along in Boxed or P3D.
The flightplan is now available from my OneDrive.
This will be taking place in FSX:Steam Edition.
Weather
A word of warning about weather. The Jeppesen loaded weather is nothing even close to correct for this area. In fact it renders operation out of most of the airstrips here not viable. I HIGHLY recommend a weather engine such as Active Sky (payware) or FSrealWX (freeware). Alternatively you can use the Clear Weather function of FSUIPC. If you have any questions about how to do this please ask!
Departure Time: 2100AEST (2200AEDT 0600ET 1100Z)
