  • Remote Locations Tour

Welcome to a social distancing flight. Be sure to fly at least 6 feet from other aircraft.

This is a VFR flight. We will be flying mainly by hand following the route as a guide.
The main goal of these flights is to enjoy the scenery.

    Multiplayer Platform

    MSFS 2020

    Flight Plan

    HBBO - Kirundo
    HTNR - Ngara
    HTBG - Ibanda
    HUKB - Kabale
    HUMA - Mbarara

    Approximation of Flight Route.

    Cruise Speed

    110-140KIAS

    Altitude

We'll try to remain reasonably close to the terrain.

    Aircraft

Choose a single engine aircraft that can maintain 120 KIAS with reasonably short landing and take-off capabilities.
I will be flying a Cessna 208 Caravan.

I am not necessarily suggesting for a flight, but based on the suggestion, for South America, I think of the famous and important Panama Canal and relevant areas south of there(of which are unknown to me). Maybe a good time to learn. Otherwise, can't wait! Thanks for stepping up Karl!

The Eye of the Sahara (Africa) and the Yanacocha gold mine (Peru) might be worth checking out, not sure how accessible they are though or if there is anything else near them worth checking out.

Some of these landings could be interesting. The strips are not the best as far as depiction in the sim goes.

Hmmm; it does make things interesting, landing something the width of a wing-span onto something the width of a wing-rib!
Take the time, a second to soar; for soon after, beckons a second more.
