Part 2 of Panagra over the Andes, 1929

Here's a fun flight from FS2004 days, Panagra over the Andes, 1929. The flight is done in the Ford Tri-Motor at about 100 Knots, but I've broken the flight into two parts a little over 3 hour for each leg.

I'm planing to do the flight Saturday and Sunday starting at 1:00 PM Pacific time 20:00 GMT.
Here a short overview of the flight:

By 1929, the challenge of flying the mail spread to South America and the forbidding Andes Mountains. A new company, Pan American-Grace Airways (also known as Panagra), formed by the partnership of Pan American Airways and W.R. Grace Company in 1928, flew the mail from the United States to Lima.
Soon, east-west airmail routes began to open. On October 12, 1929, a Panagra Ford Tri-Motor left Buenos Aires, Argentina, arriving in Santiago, Chile, 8.5 hours later. The route was astounding. The Ford Tri-Motor flew at normal altitudes to a refueling stop at Mendoza, Argentina, and then took off for the high Andes. Crossing the Cordillera of the Andes and the mountain spine at Uspallata Pass, the un-pressurized Ford Tri-Motor reached the unbelievably high altitude of 18,000 feet. When the Ford Tri-Motor landed at Los Cerrillos Airport in Santiago, Chile, the mighty Andes had been crossed by air in a commercial passenger aircraft for the first time.
During these flights, you’ll take to some skies that had never been flown, a route that stood untested. Over the Andes, you’ll put the Ford Tri-Motor to the ultimate test.

    Flight Plan:

Our goal for to day, is to depart from Villa Reynolds SAOR and fly to El Plumerillo SAME at the base of the Andes, where we will take a short refueling break.
After the break, we will start the flight up through the pass. Our final destination for this flight will be Los Cerrillos SCTI

Pass altitude is around 12500 feet, so aim for around 13000 + feet to get through.
