Join us for leg 9 of The South Pacific!

In leg 9 of The South Pacific, departure will be from Mutiara WAML at 20:00 GMT. We will be landing at Temindung WALS and Kalimaru WALK for the final destination.

Taking off from Mutiara we will turn to a heading of 276* to fly the outbound radio from Palu VORDME (PAL) Frequency: 116.20 MHz. The destination for this leg also has a 75nm NDB: Temindung (Samarinda) (TG) Frequency: 404.0 kHz.

After a short break for refueling at Temindung, we will turn north flying a heading of about 005*, fowling the lower train to remain under the cloud cover.

Altitude as always will depend on cloud cover and or terrain. Airspeed 160 Knots. In all this flight should take about two hours to complete.
