  • Sister City Flights - week 17 - Tokyo (Japan) part 2 - JETS!

Join me for the conclusion of our Tokyo flights, with an northeastbound trip from Kagoshima to Haneda - in jets - at 400 knots.

Tokyo became a sister city of Rome in 1996. Next week we cross the Sea of Japan to visit one of Tokyo's Sister Cities: Seoul, in South Korea.
Start 1st stop 2nd stop 3rd stop Last stop
    RJFK RJDC RJOR RJGG RJTT
Kagoshima Yamaguchi Ube Tottori Chubu Centrair, Nagoya Tokyo, Haneda
Flight plans: https://is.gd/StormsFlightPlans (both .PLN and .FMS files available).
Or look at the end of our Discord channel #group-flight-info on the day of the flight.

Cruise: 400 knots indicated, altitude at pilot's discretion up to 7,000 ft a.s.l. (Higher this week to clear mountains.) Terrain following/nap-of-the-earth at down to 200 ft a.g.l. is also encouraged (and is a great way to see wonderful scenery) though automatic systems may not be infallible in Japan's treacherous mountains!

Aircraft: Jets that can maintain 400 kts IAS at low altitude.
° FSX pilots: You may wish to try one of Dino Cattaneo's aircraft. (For example, the Goshawk is always a favorite.)
° XP11 pilots who intend to specify F18 as their XSquawkBox SimLink code: Read this thread and do the necessary quick installation.

    Scenery: Default is OK.

Server: SimLink server: 101.165.150.139 (AU) only

Simulators: All welcome: FS9, FSX boxed, FSX Steam edition, Prepar3D, X-Plane.
