BIG ATC SESSION!

Firstly I'm looking for lots of pilots who would like ATC (or like to try ATC).
Secondly I'm looking for controllers for the following airports/FIR's.
I will be controlling Hawarden (EGNR) so good airports to open would be as below.
1. EGBB Birmingham TWR/RDR
2. EIDW Dublin TWR/RDR
3. London Center (FIR) EGTT
4. EGLL Heathrow TWR/RDR
5. EGPF Glasgow TWR/RDR
If only one controller (besides myself EGNR) then EGBB would be open.
Two controllers then EGNR, EGBB and EIDW would be open etc etc.
The idea....
A Controller controls Ground, Tower and APP/DEP/RDR.
When EGNR, EGBB and EIDW are open then London Center (EGTT) would be a good idea.
London Center would control everything above 10000ft around all of the open airfields and on-route.
Towers would control everything below 10000ft including Circuit traffic.
Center would direct traffic to the different Airfields and hand them over to the relevant tower after giving them a descent to below 10000ft.
Similarly after take off Towers would give an initial altitude below 10000ft then hand them over to Center after assigning an altitude above 10000ft.
PILOTS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE GOOD AT ATC!
CONTROLLERS, (it helps if you are but.....) YOU ALSO DO NOT NEED TO BE GOOD AT ATC!
IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT A PILOT HAS ASKED FOR OR WHAT A CONTROLLER WANTS YOU TO DO, ASK THEM. :encouragement:
If more controllers join in then more airports/centers can be added maybe Paris and Amsterdam?
